2. Purpose of collection and use of Specific Personal Information about individual shareholders
- Preparation of payment report of dividend & retained earnings and interest from funds
3. Purpose of collection and use of Specific Personal Information about our officers and employees (includes dependents)
- Clerical tasks related to withholding tax
- Clerical tasks related to declaration, application and filing regarding property accumulation housing saving / property accumulation pension saving
- Clerical tasks related to individual resident tax
- Clerical tasks related to employment insurance and work injury insurance
- Clerical tasks related to health insurance, long-term care insurance and employee pension (includes provision of Individual Number to health insurance association)
- Clerical tasks regarding preparation and provision of statutory documents pertaining to financial instrument transactions relating to shareholding association (includes provisions of Individual Number to shareholding association)
- Each of the above clerical tasks at temporary transfer/transfer address
